What is Camp Allelu?

Camp Allelu is a 5-day summer camp for international high school students in the Triad. Sponsored and started by Westover Church in 2010, Camp Allelu was the inaugural event of its kind for the Greensboro area. Camp Allelu has no affiliation with any school. Young newcomers (in state for less than 4 years) to the United States who live in our communities will have the opportunity to enjoy a truly American childhood experience: the summer camp! Students who attend the camp in beautiful southwest Virginia will participate in activities such as ropes courses, soccer, swimming, drafts and drama productions. Campers will also attend classes in English as a Second Language (ESL).

Westover Church is sponsoring Camp Allelu to provide international high school students in the Triad with the chance to do something fun and constructive this summer. The camp is being led and organized by the single adult ministry at Westover Church.
